Key benchmark indices fall into the red once again after trading near the flat line after regaining optimistic terrain. Profit booking materialized sighting down worldwide shares. At 11:20 IST, the indicator index, the S&P BSE Sensex was fall 48.38 points or 0.15 Percent at 31,261.11. The Nifty 50 index was fall 10.10 points or 0.05 Percent at 9,665. 

Key indices witnessed a gap-up opening and strike scale new record highs at the start of the session. The market soon falls into the red in early trade. It regained optimistic terrain in morning trade only to fall once again into the red. 

Auto shares dropped on profit booking ahead of the Reserve Bank of India's monetary policy review tomorrow, 7 June 2017. Telecom shares also fall. 

The S&P BSE Mid-Cap index drop 0.16 Percent. The S&P BSE Small-Cap index fall 0.19 Percent. The fall in both the indices was higher than the Sensex's drop in percentage terms.The width, signifying the overall strength of the market, was downbeat. On the BSE, 1,344 stocks drop and 910 stocks increase. An entire of 142 shares were unmoved.

Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) (fall 0.4 Percent), Ashok Leyland (fall 0.75 Percent), Eicher Motors (fall 0.77 Percent), Hero MotoCorp (fall 0.41 Percent), Bajaj Auto (fall 0.65 Percent) and TVS Motor Company (fall 0.1 Percent) fall. Maruti Suzuki India increase 0.03 Percent.

Before turning ex- dividend, the IRB Infrastructure Developers share offered a dividend yield of 1.28 Percent in light of its end cost of Rs 234.25 on the BSE yesterday, 5 June 2017.
